We are a locally owned and operated company, focused on bringing new condominium and townhouse units to Swift Current’s rental market.

Although the existing rental units in the Swift Current market meet the housing needs of many residents, there are people looking for new homes with upgraded features in new locations.

Starting in 2010, Warkentin Residential has been involved in the construction of four different condominium and townhouse projects. Our units range in size from 720sf apartment condos to 1,446sf townhouses. All of the projects are located in Swift Current’s newest subdivisions, including both Highland and Sask Valley.

Our townhouse units include features such as maple cabinets, granite counter tops, in suite laundry and private decks. The idea is to provide homes with finish quality that is comparable to new houses, at a fraction of the cost.
